Yes, the initial site survey is completely free within Riyadh city limits. For other cities across the Kingdom, we offer a free survey upon signing the installation contract, or a nominal fee that is deducted from the total invoice when you proceed with the project.

Can I request maintenance for a charger from a different installer?

Yes, we provide maintenance services for all major charger brands certified in the Saudi market, including Schneider Electric, ABB, EVBox, Wallbox, Legrand, and Alfanar, even if they were not originally installed by us.
