How Climatech Charger collects, uses, and protects information about you and your organization.

This Privacy Policy describes how Climatech for Energy Solutions Co. (“Climatech”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit climch.com, use our charging network, or interact with our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Implementing Regulations.
We collect information you provide directly when you submit a contact form, request a quote, register for an RFID card, or sign up for our CPMS portal. This includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, project address, and the content of your communications with us. When you use our charging network, we automatically collect session data including charger ID, start/end time, energy delivered (kWh), and the connector type used. If you authenticate with an RFID card or mobile app, we associate the session with your account. We also collect technical data from our website (IP address, browser type, pages visited) using essential and analytics cookies.
We use your information to: (a) respond to enquiries and provide quotes, (b) deliver, operate, and maintain charging services and our CPMS platform, (c) bill you for energy used and process payments, (d) send service notices, maintenance alerts, and (with consent) marketing communications, (e) comply with legal obligations including SEC, SASO, and tax reporting requirements, and (f) improve our services through aggregated, de-identified analytics.
We process personal data on the following lawful bases under PDPL: (a) the performance of a contract with you (e.g., providing a charging session), (b) compliance with a legal obligation, (c) our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services where these are not overridden by your rights, and (d) your explicit consent for marketing communications and any non-essential cookies.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us deliver our services (payment processors, hosting providers, telecommunications carriers for charger connectivity), all of whom are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations, (b) charging network roaming partners when you use cross-network charging, limited to the data needed for billing and authentication, (c) regulatory authorities when required by Saudi law, and (d) successors in the event of a corporate transaction.
Personal data is primarily stored on servers located within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where data is processed by service providers outside the Kingdom, we ensure such transfers comply with PDPL requirements, including obtaining required approvals from the competent authority and applying appropriate safeguards.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Charging session data is retained for seven (7) years for accounting and tax compliance. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus six (6) months after closure.
Under PDPL, you have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you, (b) request correction of inaccurate data, (c) request deletion of your data subject to our legal retention obligations, (d) object to certain processing, (e) withdraw consent for marketing or non-essential cookies at any time, and (f) lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, regular security audits, and PCI-DSS compliance for payment card data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals over 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
